About Merci Minni

The Merci Minni has been established in May 2010, a café-style restaurant.  We provide a new choice of modern-fusion cuisine in the region of Shau Kei Wan, Hong Kong SAR.  Restaurant seating 25 people, in modern interior design accompanies with a very warm family's ambience - the boss-ladies are mother and sister of the main chef .  We are located in a convenient location - 28 Shau Kei Wan Main Street East, Hong Kong SAR.  Client in most of the seats of restaurant can see a whole view of Tin Hau Temple.

To widen our clientele and facilitate more customers to enjoy our wonderful and healthy cuisine, we have expanded our business to catering services.  Our main chef have more than 15 years of experience in serving hotel class corporate clients for functions of different sizes, as well as company's annual parties, private parties and outdoor events.

Commercial Luncheon

We provide a large variety of food and beverages on lunch menu, with simple and healthy ingredient, at very competitive price, varient dishes for every two-three weeks.

High Tea

There are choices of cakes, snacks and pastries in very attractive price.

Service Hours : 15:00 pm - 17:00 pm

Classic Dinner

The menu offers perfection, G.F. SWIFT 1855 Brand™ Premium Beef, only a small circle of hand picked distributor and retailer partners will be allowed to carry it.  The lofty quality standards set 1855 Brand™ premium meat apart, and it all starts by selecting the finest cattle in the nation.  Each cut of 1855 Brand™ premium meat is then hand selected for exquisite marbling, which creates unmistakable flavour and incredible juiciness, then perfectly aged to ensure sublime tenderness.

A fresh approach to dining.  Our chefs work with reputable seafood purveyors to obtain only the freshest seafood from local waters and beyond.  We offer guests seafood varieties at the peak of their seasons, including sea garoupa, seabass, king prawns, scallops, northwest salmon.

Other options include New Zealand Rack of Lamb, Chicken Breast with stuffing, Duck Leg, Australia Grain Fed Beef Tenderloin, Australia Grain Fed Sirloin Steak,  King Prawn on Al Dente Linguines, variety choices of salad and snacks – smoke salmon, duck liver, Parma ham with green salad; spring rolls with shrimp and cheese stuffing, fish n’ chips.   There is also a selection of white and red wines in glass and bottle.

The Merci Minnie Restaurant is an excellent venue for holding birthday parties, X’mas parties and all kinds of social gatherings, it allows maximum 25 people.  You are most welcome to hold these functions or enjoy a palatable meal with your family, friends and children.
